XpressMen Delivery Tips Sheet:  Please Read Thoroughly

 As the preferred expedited delivery contractor of Ashley Furniture/ Furniture Mart, XpressMen Logistics Services greatly appreciates your business. Your furniture will be delivered by our moving team of professionals.

 

We have some tips that will greatly improve the efficiency and quality of your delivery. 

 

1. Scheduling your delivery: Please call the scheduling department at 1-(888)-554-5958. We do require an adult present during the delivery.

 

2. Payment is due at the time of Scheduling! (Check your email after your payment has been accepted for your receipt and waiver form).

 

3. You may choose your delivery DATE but not the TIME. Be sure to choose a date when an adult will be present. Our delivery trucks are routed for the most effective mileage.

 

4. Upon scheduling your delivery you will be given a 3 hour time frame for your delivery.

 

5. If you need to reschedule your delivery, please call the scheduling department 12 hours prior

to your delivery to avoid a re-schedule fee. Please leave a message detailing the reschedule if necessary.

6. The delivery service will call one stop prior to let you know they are on their way.

​

7. Measure for a successful delivery: prior to arrival, ensure that all the furniture will fit through your doorways, hallways, stairways and layout in the room. For any Unusual delivery requests price is subject to change (ex: through windows, over balconies, etc.)

*NOTE: The delivery service is not responsible for measuring anything.*

 

8. Please make sure your room is ready to accept your furniture. We will deliver and set up your new ,furniture, but we will not move existing furniture, unless mentioned during the sales process. Price is subject to change.

 

9. Make sure all pathways both inside and outside are cleared of obstructions, breakable objects, small children, & animals. This includes snow, ice and mud during different weather conditions outside.

10. The delivery crew is not able to remove their shoes but have blankets available to protect your flooring. We are unable to use blankets on stairs due to safety reasons.
